STEP 3: SAMPLE DEVELOPMENT & REFINEMENT

Both parties agree on the evaluation criteria, sample costs, and preparation timeline. SAPA LEGEND develops and delivers the sample, then refines it based on the buyer’s feedback until the agreed requirements are met.

STEP 4: SAMPLE APPROVAL & COMMERCIAL AGREEMENT

Upon sample approval, both parties confirm:

• Approved reference sample and product specifications
• Price, quotation validity and MOQ
• Packaging and packing specifications
• Payment terms
• Production and delivery schedule

STEP 5: PRODUCTION & DELIVERY

Products are manufactured according to the approved reference sample and mutually agreed specifications. Each production lot undergoes pre-shipment quality inspection, with retained samples maintained for traceability and future quality verification.

STEP 6: POST-DELIVERY QUALITY REVIEW & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

Where required, SAPA LEGEND reviews product quality and buyer feedback to support improvements for subsequent orders.
